I found these by Eddie Alfaro in my neighborhood. I see him around here and there I think he is friends with my neighbor. I thought about you when i saw these. Maybe you can post them on your site.

Hey guys, love the website.... I was wondering how do we get a fine city like Sydney, Australia added to the list?
It's got some sweet stencil activity going on right now and as always has some great graffers.
Here's a couple of quickies I snapped this week.
I noticed their is a flick stream, is that the best way for me to post pics?
Keep up the great work, Cheers, Pete.
I used to work for JT Simpson at 11 Spring St in the late 70's. I lost touch with him in the early 90's, as I'd moved north. It was a huge and wonderful surprise to see the graffiti project and information on flickr and the other links to articles, but also sad to be unable to locate JT. Any recent update on his whereabouts? Any suggestions of where to inquire? Funny to read about all the speculation surrounding the building. JT was an inventor, all right. He had a room-sized coffee maker that predated all of our counter-sized ones. A small correction- As I recall, I didn't need to push a button for the soap tray to come down over the sink. It happened automatically when hands were placed correctly. He may have also designed theatrical sets, but primarily he created light and sound displays, in the analog world, for companies like IBM.
I've many many memories of working there. JT chided me for moving out of NYC, and said the only move worthwhile would be to the Mediterranean. I hope he is enjoying himself. He lived very frugally in an outrageous piece of architecture. I find it odd that he "got into his car" as I only knew him to ride a bicycle.
Are any of the documentary photos for sale? I'd love to have some.
Thanks
Melanie

Hi Streetsy - I photographed this Feb 2007 in Venice Beach, CA. Artist Unknown. I love the monster hiding behind the door, not to mention the strategic placement of the spigot. Jen Thario, Denver CO
